================================================================ Title : SH-Coret Original Author (CTF Version): Alan Willard Author (SH Version) : Gareth 'WelshDragon' Krantz Email Address : gareth_krantz@hotmail.com Description : A Scavenger Hunt version of Alan Willard's 'CTF-Coret'. Main Thanx to : Brian 'Dr Schwa' Kelly, the helpful people at #unrealEd. Additional Credits to : Alan Willard (for a great map), People at Epic Games, Paul 'Red Dwarf' Taylor (whom I ripped the format of this Readme.txt off!), anyone who gives this game mod a chance! Notes: The level structure and textures are exactly the same as CTF-Coret, the only changes I made were to take away the original ctf flags, add two base zones for scoring and of course add the SH flags. Im pretty inept at unrealED, 99.9% credit goes to Alan Willard and Brian Kelly, I just plugged a few bits to get Brian's mod to work on Alan's map. ================================================================ --- Play Information --- Game : Scavenger Hunt Level Name : SH-Coret Single Player : Yes, bots play reasonably well. MultiPlayer : Yes Ideal Player Number : 6 onwards (10 onwards for a good game) INVERSE-CTF? This map should play much like an 'inverse-ctf' game, as a black flag is situated right next to each base and will need to shifted away continuously to the other base else risk the easy score of -50 by an opposing team's infiltrator! The higher pointed flags are located in the middle of the level, in between the two opposing teams. Bots play decently for single player. This map would play as it's intended for 10 or more players, even 16 or more, where maps in the middle become a resource and the black flags really need to get shifted. For less than 10 players, the players should happily just retrieve maps from the middle and bring back to their base which can be a bit boring :-) Permissions ----------------------- Do not commercially exploit this level. Authors may extend and improve this level, but let me know, incase I find enough time in the future myself :-)
